Terms of Service for China VPS Server

Services We Provide

We offer VPS hosting, dedicated servers, Windows RDP packages, websites and WordPress hosted on VPS, and domain registration. All hosting services are located in Hong Kong; we do not operate a mainland-China datacenter. Specifications, prices and delivery times are those shown on our pages and at checkout at the time of ordering. Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of each registry, which can change.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for everything hosted on or sent from your services. You must not use them for illegal activity, malware, phishing, spam, network attacks, unauthorised scanning, or content that infringes the rights of others. Content must comply with applicable law. We may suspend a service that harms our network, other customers or third parties, and will normally contact you through a ticket when we do.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance for the cycle you select. We accept crypto, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Invoices are issued in the client area. Services with unpaid invoices may be suspended and later terminated, which can result in data loss.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from the client area at any time, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Once a service is terminated, its data is removed and cannot be recovered. Domain registrations, once completed, cannot generally be reversed because registry fees are already paid.

Backups and Your Data

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all data on your services, including copies stored outside our network. Unless a backup service is explicitly included in your order, you should not rely on us to restore lost files or databases.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep services available and performing well, but network conditions, especially on cross-border routes, can vary and are partly outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data.

Privacy and Cookies

We use the details you provide only to deliver, bill and support your services. This website stores your theme choice and your cookie preference in your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are loaded only if you choose "Accept All Cookies".

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services, legal requirements or business practices change. The current version is always published on this page.
